2. When do these terms and conditions apply?
These terms and conditions apply to every order you place via meereebeauty.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
3. Offer and prices
All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. We do our best to display all information and images as accurately as possible. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer are not binding.
4. The agreement
The agreement is concluded as soon as you have placed and paid for your order. You will receive a confirmation of this by email. A placed order cannot be cancelled. Your statutory right of withdrawal (article 7) remains fully in force.
5. Payment
You pay for your order directly at checkout using iDEAL, credit card, or PayPal.
6. Delivery
We ship with PostNL to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Poland. For orders up to €50, we charge €4.95 for shipping; for orders over €50, shipping is free. Delivery times can be found on our Shipping & delivery page. Delivery times are indicative. If a delivery is delayed, we will let you know as soon as possible.
7. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This does not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery. You can read how to return items on our Returns page.
8. Warranty
We stand behind our products. They meet the description on the website and are suitable for normal use. If a product is damaged or something is wrong, please report this within five working days of receipt via info@meereebeauty.com.
9. Complaints
Do you have a complaint? Send an email to info@meereebeauty.com. We will respond as soon as possible and work with you to find a suitable solution.
10. Liability
Please use our products according to the instructions on the packaging and the website. We are not liable for damages caused by incorrect use. Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount of your order, unless otherwise provided by law.

12. Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. If you reside in another country, you retain the protection afforded to you by the consumer law of that country.
