How can I pay?
You can pay securely with Klarna, iDEAL, credit card, or PayPal. All options are shown at checkout.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
An order cannot be canceled after it has been placed. Would you like to change something, such as your address? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@meereebeauty.com. As long as your order has not yet been shipped, we are happy to see what is possible. Upon receipt, you can make use of your 14-day cooling-off period.
Shipping
What are the shipping costs?
For orders under €50, you pay €4.95 in shipping costs. We ship for free on orders over €50.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Poland.
How long does delivery take?
We ship with PostNL. The delivery time is 1 working day within the Netherlands, 2 working days to Germany and Poland, and 3 working days to Belgium. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code.
Do I get a sample with my order?
Yes, you will receive a free sample with every order. This way, you can get acquainted with another MĒERĒE product.
Returns
How long do I have to return an item?
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the moment you receive your order. You can read everything about returning items on our Returns page.
Can I return an opened product?
For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of skincare products if the seal has been broken. Is your product damaged or is something wrong? Please contact us, and we will resolve it.

Are the products really from Korea?
Yes. MĒERĒE officially brings authentic Korean skincare to Europe.
How do I use the Pink Collagen Capsule Cream?
Apply the cream generously to your face. You can rub the pink capsules into your skin along with the gel.
Can I use the sheet mask over the Capsule Cream?
No. Apply the Hyaluronate Mesh Sheet Mask to clean, damp skin. Place the top part on your forehead first, then the bottom part, and pull the side flaps up toward your temples.
How do I use the Facial Cupping Set?
First, apply the Capsule Cream as a base. Gently squeeze a cup, place it on your skin, and keep it moving in the direction of the arrows on the instruction card. Use the small cup for your eyes, lips, and nose, the medium one for your cheeks, jawline, and neck, and the large cup for your décolleté and collarbones.
In what order do I use the routine?
Start with the Matcha Clay Mask on clean skin and rinse with lukewarm water. Then apply the Capsule Cream and finish by massaging with the cups.
Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?
If you have sensitive skin, test a product first on a small area of skin, for example, on the inside of your wrist. All ingredients can be found on the product page and on the packaging. Are you in doubt? Feel free to contact us.
How do I clean the cups?
Wash the cups after each use with lukewarm water and a mild soap, and let them dry thoroughly.
